Jessica Ong is our newest team member, providing support in coordination, candidate experience, candidate sourcing, and business administration. Since joining the team, she has successfully sourced and assisted in placing several candidates in a wide variety of roles ranging from entry to director level. Apart from recruiting, she’s interested in fields like organizational development and industrial/organizational psychology. Jessica is currently living in Seattle, WA with her family and recently graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Business Management minor and competed on their Division I track team.
